HIT CAMPS Booking Guidelines We’re excited to have you join us for HIT CAMPS! To ensure a smooth booking process, please follow these guidelines: 1️⃣ Registration & Payment • All participants must register through our official sign-up platform. • Payment must be completed at the time of booking to secure your spot. 2️⃣ Limited Spots • Spots are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. • Once the camp reaches full capacity, a waitlist will be available. 3️⃣ Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the camp start date will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations within 30 days of the camp start date are non-refundable. • In case of injury or illness, a doctor’s note is required for a partial refund or credit towards a future camp. 4️⃣ Travel & Accommodation • Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements unless otherwise stated. • HIT CAMPS is not liable for travel disruptions or cancellations. 5️⃣ Code of Conduct • All participants are expected to follow the camp’s rules and respect coaches, staff, and fellow athletes. • Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the camp without a refund. 6️⃣ Updates & Communication • Important updates will be sent via email, so please ensure you provide an active email address. • Follow our social media for the latest news and announcements!
